How do I place my order?

Please ensure that your cheque guarantee number and expiry date are on the back of the cheque.
We also need a telephone or email address in case we need to speak to you about your order.

What is your returns policy?
We are more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase, if it is returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
What are the delivery charges?
We try to process your order within 24 hours and delivery is normally within a week.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes, we can wrap your gifts in delicate white tissue paper and place them in a gift box which is tied with blue or pink gingham ribbon.
There is a charge of £3 for the gift wrap service.
What happens if I don't like the item when it arrives?
Don't worry. We are happy to exchange the item or refund your purchase if it is returned within 14 days of purchase.
How long does it take to process returns?
Approximately one week from receipt of item
How do I wash the items?
All items are machine washable, gentle cycle. Whilst we recommend line drying, items can be tumble dried.
What are the quilts made from?
The quilts are filled with 100 % cotton wadding and the outer fabric is 100% pure cotton.
